A: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.

6. Can you do my logo on the products and cartons?
A: Yes, we can. For the products with screen we can also put your logo at bootup screen.

7. How long is the warranty time of your products?
A: We offer 18 months warranty for all products from us.

8. Do you have on-site service for installation/aftersales service?
A: For regions where we have distributors we can do on-site service. And other regions we can't at present, but we will provide detailed video instruction when need.
